Reporting a rate that looks wrong

This is the message we most want to receive. Marketplace fees change without much warning, and sellers with live accounts see the change before we do.

To make it quick to act on, tell us:

• Which marketplace and category.
• The rate we show and the rate your seller panel shows.
• A screenshot of your panel or the marketplace's fee page, if you can.

We verify against the marketplace's own published source before changing anything, so a screenshot genuinely speeds it up. What happens next is set out in our correction policy.

Questions about the calculator

If a number doesn't make sense, tell us the inputs you used and what you expected — the selling price, category, weight and zone are usually enough for us to reproduce it. Several of the explanations now in our guides started as an email from someone who thought a figure looked wrong.

Privacy and data requests

We hold no personal data about visitors on any server — the calculator runs entirely in your browser. There is genuinely nothing for us to export or delete. For the cookies set by Google Analytics and Google AdSense, the opt-out links are in our privacy policy.

Business, press and advertising

Same email. Note that we don't accept paid placements, sponsored rankings, or affiliate arrangements with the marketplaces this site compares — the reasons are on our about page. Please don't ask; we'll only say no.

What we can't help with

We are not affiliated with Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho and have no access to your seller account. We can't recover a suspended listing, chase a payment, or escalate a marketplace dispute — only the marketplace's own seller support can do those.
